In the December 2002 issue of Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis, and Vascular Biology, the words "Unraveling Pleiotropic Effects of Statins on Plaque Rupture" were incorrectly inserted in the editorial titles in the table of contents. The correct titles are as follows: Microarray Analysis of Neointima: Flowing Toward a Clear Future (Levy et al, page 1946); Aortic Aneurysms: It’s All About the Stress (Miller, page 1948); and Oxidized LDL Autoantibodies, Endothelial Dysfunction, and Transplant-Associated Arteriosclerosis (Alexander, page 1950). The publisher regrets this error and would like to extend an apology to the editorial staff, board members, and readers of the Journal.

Also in the December issue, two responses to a Letter to the Editor were incorrectly placed with the letter from Schulze et al (2002;22:2105–2107). The two letters from Hofnagel and Robenek (2002;22:2107) and Kume et al (2002;22:2107) are in response to the January letter by Shashkin et al (2003:23:148–149).

In the January 2003 issue, on page 77, the first author’s name is misspelled. The correct spelling is Gavin J. Blake, and it can be found in the full text version of the article at www.atvbaha.org/.
